The relocation of Clowne College left the existing college campus available for redevelopment. Urbis were appointed to prepare redevelopment proposals merging the retained vernacular and non vernacular college buildings into a composite residential development across the steeply slopping site.
Consent was granted in 2007 for 95 homes, comprising 40 new-build flats, 22 town houses and terraced housing, and 33 flats integrated into existing fabric of retained and converted college buildings.
