Residential Conversion of Brewery
Newark on Trent
The Grade ll listed Brewery and Maltings Buildings were retained and converted into a mixed use scheme including 49 flats arranged around courtyard and atrium spaces set into the existing buildings. A timber clad new build element replaces a section of the building previously lost and terminates the development. Retail functions are located on the ground floor with the previous goods loading area becoming an arcade. The Maltings building conversion will provide restaurant and leisure uses when completed.
Brewery conversion completed in 2009.
