Urban Design and Masterplanning
Urbis have considerable experience in masterplanning large mixed use development schemes, many within historically sensitive sites incorporating listed buildings. We have experience of dealing with planning and statutory authorities across the UK.
We specialise in negotiating complex planning approvals on behalf of our clients, co-ordinating the inputs of all consultants to achieve best value for all stakeholders.
Since the inception of the practice in 1999 Urbis have worked with property developers throughout the UK to identify, evaluate, brief and manage development projects ranging from multi-million pound mixed use developments to single one-off high value residential projects. Our background in architecture combined with our fundamental understanding of the economic imperatives which make successful projects for our clients allow us to represent our client’s needs through all stages of the project.
Urbis have an extensive knowledge of planning and development processes and statutory legislation gained through the delivery of numerous high value, high complexity projects.
